Straw-yellow color, with golden reflections, it preserves notes of ripe fruit, pleasantly mineral on the palate, it pairs well with appetizers, fish-based dishes, vegetables and white meats. Serve at a temperature of 10°C. / Grapes: 100% Chardonnay / Alcohol: 12% / Vinification: Destemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to highlight the characteristic notes of the vine. After bottling, it follows a further refinement in the bottle for about a month at controlled temperature.
