We pour our hearts into curating affordable, interesting, and quality wines and we want you to love every bottle you receive. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
What if my wine is bad (corked or flawed)?
Wine is a natural product, and sometimes a bottle isn’t perfect. If you suspect your wine is corked or flawed, we’re sorry about that! Here’s what we’ll do:
- Contact us within 7 days of your delivery date (refer to site footer for email address and phone number).
- Let us know your order number and describe the issue. We may ask for a photo of the bottle or for you to set aside the remaining wine.
- We will happily provide the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement of the exact same wine, or
- A similar substitution of equal or greater value, or
- A gift certificate for the full value of the flawed bottle.
Can I return a bottle I just don’t like?
For quality and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on bottles that have been delivered and opened. We encourage you to explore our tasting notes and reviews to find wines you’ll love, but we understand that taste is subjective. If a wine isn’t to your liking, we suggest saving it for cooking or passing it along to a friend!
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates are a perfect gift for any wine lover. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The best part? They never expire as long as our company is in business under current ownership.
Cancellations & Delivery Issues
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to the day before your scheduled delivery date. Once your order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Rescheduling: Need to change your delivery date? No problem! You may reschedule your order up to the day before your scheduled delivery date.
- Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A $60 redelivery fee will apply.
